Up to $500 seed grants are available to JRLC District Leaders, iCAN Key Advocates, and members of our Legislative Network (individuals or congregations/organizations) wishing to implement a project related to the mission and work of JRLC. Funds are intended to supplement existing programming in ways that extend the impact of interfaith advocacy for social justice locally, or to act as an incentive to initiate interfaith work for social justice advocacy. Projects may be carried out internally to the organization applying for the funds, but collaboration with other organizations, in a spirit of interfaith cooperation, is encouraged.

Applications for funding will be reviewed on a rolling basis by JRLC staff and reported to the JRLC Board of Directors. Awardees must complete a short report at the end of the project to ascertain whether the goals of the project were reached and to evaluate the strategies used.

Be creative! We learn from both success and failure!

Thank you to the Otto Bremer Foundation for making these seed grants possible!
